How do I cancel my Sustain+ subscription?
Subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or tap "Manage subscription" inside Sustain's Settings tab.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes. Sustain requires a free account, created with Sign in with Apple or Continue with Google (no separate email or password to remember either way), so your medication, dose, weight, protein, and side-effect history is backed up and available if you switch phones or reinstall. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time from Settings → Account & Sync → Delete account.
I signed in with a different method and my data is gone. What happened?
Signing in with Apple and signing in with Google create separate accounts unless you've linked them, since Sustain has no way to know they're the same person. Go to Settings → Account & Sync, sign out, and sign back in with whichever method you used originally to get back to your data. From there, Settings → Sign-in methods lets you link both so either one works going forward.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Your logs are backed up to your own Sustain account so they're available if you switch phones, and we don't sell or share your data with anyone. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Does Sustain replace medical advice?
No. Sustain is a personal tracking tool, not a diagnostic or treatment device. Always talk to your prescriber about your treatment plan, dose changes, or any side effects.
How do I restore a purchase after reinstalling?
Open the paywall in Sustain and tap "Restore purchases" at the bottom.
